Pakistan’s armed forces have once again shown the world that they are professional, capable and prepared to defend their motherland, downing India’s most advanced aircraft. The Rafale failed miserably and Pakistan defended its airspace. India attacked civilians but Pakistan chose to deter and counter this cowardice by demolishing several Indian military sites, dealing a heavy blow. Pakistan’s response to the Indian aggression was widely praised in the international media. However, none of this will change India’s attitude towards us and we must remain prepared to counter Indian incursions at all times on all fronts. India’s economy is still booming, which makes them overconfident but also dangerous. Pakistan must now focus on its own economic growth and internal stability to ensure it is capable of meeting the Indian threat.
