Islamabad: Federal education secretary Nadeem Mahbub visited the National Special Education Centre & Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Developmental Disorders in H-8/4 in Islamabad.
He reviewed facilities, engaged with educators and emphasised a technical, holistic approach to empower special needs children toward self-reliance. The secretary said He highlighted the need for comfortable spaces for parents, green areas and uplifting environments, and enhanced therapy and classroom infrastructure.
