The notification also details revised school timings ahead of the vacation period. Teachers are also expected to participate in professional training sessions, with schedules and nominations to be communicated 3–4 days in advance.

Moreover, school heads have been instructed to update data on the HRMIS portal and begin necessary repair and maintenance work during the vacation period. Administrative staff and heads are to follow official summer office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Undergraduate programs (BS & ADP) will continue as per their academic calendars without interruption. Heads and designated focal persons must remain available for ongoing project-related activities, including IT infrastructure upgrades, Summer Fiesta events, and Tech Boot Camps. Libraries and IT labs are to remain open for student use throughout the vacation.
