KARACHI: Gold prices increased by Rs3,100 per tola on Saturday in the local market following an increase in the international market.
The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association said that gold rates reached Rs354,100 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold rose by Rs2,658 to Rs303,583.
Gold rates increased by $31 to $3,357 per ounce in the international market.
Typically, gold prices in the local market are adjusted by a premium of $20 against rates in the international market.
Silver rates increased by Rs42 to Rs3,508 per tola. Similarly, 10-gram silver rates also rose by Rs36 to Rs3,007.
