LAHORE: Hot but partly cloudy weather was recorded in the City here on Sunday while Met office predicted windstorm/dust-thunderstorm /hailstorm/heavy rain falls and lightning during the next 24 hours. Met officials said moist currents were approaching central and southern parts of the country while a westerly wave was also present over upper/central parts and likely to persist during next two days. Sunday's maximum temperature was observed at Noorpur Thal and Turbat where mercury reached 48°C, while in Lahore, it was 39°C.
