LAHORE:Intermediate (Part-II) First Annual Examination 2024 of the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore will start on Friday (today).
The BISE Lahore has set up 567 exam centres across its jurisdiction in Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib. Around 194,645 candidates have registered for the Part-II exam while 167,113 candidates have registered for the Part-I exam which will begin after the part-II exams conclude.
LBISE to open portals of 21 private campuses
A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Commissioner Lahore/ Chairman BISE M Ali Randhawa to examine the affiliation policy for high and higher secondary schools and colleges with the Lahore Board.
Chairman LBISE Lahore also reviewed the visits of the applicant institutions, real time videos and documents of the board admin. After scrutiny, he also allowed the LBISE to open the portals of 21 private institutions and send the admissions of students. He said that the academic year of any student who sent the registration should not be lost. He gave conditional permission to the LBISE to open the portal of institutions sending admissions. He made it clear that the cases rejected by the BOG would be rejected.
