LAKKI MARWAT: Marwat Qaumi Jirga here on Thursday called for the restoration of peace in the district.The jirga was convened near the district headquarters compounds at Tajazai Zai, with participation from people from all villages.
The jirga members and other leaders who attended the event included Marwat Qaumi Akhtar Munir Khan Marwat, Aslam Khan Issakhel, former MPA Naseer Muhammad Khan Maidadkhel, former federal minister Salim Saifullah Khan, former district nazim Ashfaq Ahmed Khan, Iqbal Hussain, Fawad Zakuri, MPA Johar Muhammad, MPA Tariq Saeed, former tehsil nazim Faridullah Khan Minakhel, Shafiullah Khan Begukhel, Lakki Tehsil Mayor Shafqatullah Khan, Ghaznikhel Mayor Zeeshan Khan, Nasir Kamal Khan Marwat, Malik Riaz Khan, Engineer Latifullah Khan, Marwat-Bettani Qaumi Tehreek Chairman Inamullah Khan, Tehsil Mayor of Bettani subdivision Eid Badshah, Samiullah Mujahid, Naseer Turab, and Engineer Latifullah Khan.
