LAHORE: A newly married woman claimed her life by hanging herself frustrated over her husband for hiding his first marriage in Gujjarpura.
Reportedly, the victim Tayyaba and Suleman worked in insurance section of a private bank.
They developed a relationship and contracted love marriage.
Suleman was already married and a father of four children. However, he hid this fact from his second wife.
Previous night, he sent a message to wish his first wife happy birthday but Tayyaba read the message.
They had an exchange of words which led to scuffle. She was so frustrated that she hanged herself with a ceiling fan to claim her life.
Passerby dies in factory collapse: A passerby died and two workers sustained injuries when a sweet manufacturing factory collapsed on Raiwind Manga Road on Friday.
Reportedly, the building collapsed the last night, leaving three people, including a passerby, injured.
The injured were shifted to hospital where one injured identified as M Qasim died.
